[Wellness] is an activity. Wellness looks at the dimensions that make up your life, including occupational, physical, social, intellectual, spiritual and emotional and can include environment, financial and social. Through informed choices and actions, wellness practice looks at optimum you at any life-stage. A life well lived is a good life.

[Life Design] is a process of bringing design and creative principles into play in mapping out your potentialities. In life design you understand what is important to you, your personal values and philosophies and strengths and work with this understanding to experience your life of value.
